Wedding Gown Giveaway No. 01

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The A Gift From The House: Wedding Gown Giveaway No. 01 (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by House of Foster Events & Co. (“Sponsor”).

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The winner must be able to arrange local pickup in the Loganville, Georgia area. Shipping and delivery of the prize are not available.

Owners, employees, and members of the immediate household of House of Foster Events & Co. are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter through the official Giveaway post published by @thehouseoffosterevents on Instagram.

To enter:

  1. Follow @thehouseoffosterevents on Instagram.

  2. Like the official Giveaway post.

  3. Tag two individual Instagram accounts in the comments of the official Giveaway post.

Participants may receive additional entries by completing any bonus-entry opportunity expressly identified in the official Giveaway post.

If sharing the Giveaway post to an Instagram Story is offered as a bonus-entry opportunity, the entrant must tag @thehouseoffosterevents so that the Sponsor can verify the entry. Entrants with private Instagram accounts may be asked to provide reasonable verification that the Story share was completed during the Giveaway Period.

All required entry actions must remain verifiable through the close of the Giveaway Period.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Automated entries, entries generated through bots, fraudulent accounts, or other methods intended to manipulate the Giveaway may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prize

One eligible winner will receive one new, unworn wedding gown, as pictured in the official Giveaway announcement.

The gown is labeled bridal size 16 and features a lace-up corset-style back. Bridal sizing may differ from standard clothing sizing. The labeled size and any measurements provided by the Sponsor do not guarantee that the gown will fit the winner.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $200.00 USD.

The gown is awarded as-is. The winner is responsible for determining whether the gown is suitable for their intended use and for any fittings, alterations, steaming, cleaning, repairs, accessories, transportation, or other expenses associated with the gown.

The prize may not be exchanged through House of Foster Events & Co. for another gown, rental, product, service, store credit, or cash. No cash alternative will be provided.

6. Winner Selection

Following the close of the Giveaway Period, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random selection is expected to occur on or about October 13, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and 24-Hour Claim Period

The potential winner will be contacted by @thehouseoffosterevents through Instagram direct message or another contact method identified in connection with the Giveaway.

The potential winner will have 24 hours from the time the notification is sent to respond and claim the prize.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to provide reasonable information necessary to verify their identity, age, Georgia residency, compliance with these Official Rules, and ability to arrange local pickup.

If the potential winner:

  • does not respond within 24 hours;

  • cannot be contacted;

  • is determined to be ineligible;

  • fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules; or

  • declines or forfeits the prize,

the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The public winner announcement is anticipated for October 15, 2026, after eligibility and acceptance of the prize have been confirmed.

House of Foster Events & Co. will never require a winner to submit payment, make a purchase, or provide banking or credit-card information in order to claim this prize.

Participants should verify that any winner communication comes from the official @thehouseoffosterevents Instagram account.

8. Prize Pickup

The confirmed winner must arrange pickup of the gown in the Loganville, Georgia area at a date, time, and specific location communicated privately by House of Foster Events & Co.

The specific pickup address will not be publicly disclosed.

Shipping and delivery are not available. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the pickup location and any associated costs.

The Sponsor and winner will coordinate a reasonable pickup timeframe following confirmation of the winner. Failure to arrange or complete pickup within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

9. General Conditions

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the applicable terms and policies of Instagram.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or entry that the Sponsor reasonably determines is fraudulent, incomplete, submitted through prohibited automated means, manipulates the entry process, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.

If circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway and application of these Official Rules will be final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Prize Acceptance

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that the wedding gown is being awarded as-is and that House of Foster Events & Co. makes no guarantee regarding fit, alterations, suitability for a particular wedding or event, or compatibility with the winner’s individual measurements.

Any costs or services not expressly included as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

11. Privacy and Winner Announcement

Information provided by a potential winner for purposes of verifying eligibility, administering the Giveaway, and coordinating prize pickup will be used for those purposes.

By accepting the prize, the confirmed winner agrees that their name and/or Instagram username may be publicly announced by House of Foster Events & Co. in connection with the Giveaway, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptance of the prize does not require the winner to provide wedding photographs, testimonials, promotional content, or other endorsements to House of Foster Events & Co.

12. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering, each participant acknowledges that they are providing their information to House of Foster Events & Co. and not to Instagram.

Each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from claims arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Questions, comments, or concerns regarding the Giveaway should be directed to House of Foster Events & Co., not Instagram or Meta.

13. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s acknowledgment and acceptance of these Official Rules.

If information contained in promotional materials or social-media posts conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
